We take reports seriously

SkyShield runs security operations for a living; we respect the people who do the same. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in skyshieldtechnology.com or in a SkyShield-operated public service, we want to hear about it.

How to report

Email [email protected] with the subject line "[SECURITY]". Include what you found, where, reproduction steps, and how to reach you. We acknowledge reports and keep you informed of remediation.

Ground rules

Act in good faith: do not access, modify or exfiltrate data that is not yours, do not degrade service, and give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure. We will not pursue good-faith research conducted within these rules.

This policy grants no authorization to test systems SkyShield operates for clients, or any system beyond our public web presence.
